Refund Policy - Donations
Due to the nature of charity donations, refunds are given at the discretion of our management. Please make sure that the amount you enter is the amount you wish to give. In the event of an incorrect amount being entered, or if the donation is made accidently or there is an extremely unusual circumstance, please contact us - info@communitydefibproject.org.au. We will review the request and respond. We will refund if there was a system error with the donation processing. If a donation is refunded, the associated tax receipt is no longer truthful so it should be shredded and destroyed.
Refund Policy - Merchandise
If you are not satisfied with your product or would like a different size, we are happy to exchange it for a new one or refund your purchase price. This is in addition to your rights under Australian Consumer Law. Please contact us info@communitydefibproject.org.au to arrange a refund/exchange.
Refund Policy - Memberships
Annual association membership of $1 is only refundable if a member is asked to leave the association if they have breached the constitution or code of conduct. Membership can be cancelled by the member at anytime at their discretion. Membership is annual per financial year.
Refund Policy - Sponsorship
Sponsorship may only be refunded at the approval and the discretion of the Board.
Community Defib Project will always try and direct a donation to the donors desired project however the Community Defib Project hold ultimate discretion of funds.
AED install locations will only be influenced by a donors contribution if it benefits the overall community and meets strategic plans already in place for a community.
