When you get in touch

We collect your name, email address, community and message so our volunteer team can respond and manage follow-up. Enquiries are stored in our Supabase-backed system and are available only to authorised CDP staff. Please avoid including sensitive or medical information.

Website measurement

We record page views and enquiry-form visits using a temporary random session identifier stored in your browser’s session storage. We do not store your name, email, IP address, search terms or full referring URLs in these measurement records. We may record the referring website’s hostname. Session counts are estimates, not unique people. Measurement respects Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals.

Our hosting and database providers process technical connection information to operate and protect the website. Private, salted request hashes are used to limit misuse of forms.

Other forms

Existing AED check and report forms use their existing submission services, including FormSubmit. This page describes the new community enquiry form and website measurement.
